As Coach Han said if you are following the diet and exercise plan you WILL loose fat, however if you have a lot of fat it may take a bit longer than 1month. I have never come across another workout that works as well at shredding fat and getting you cut as P90X. My personal favorite part about the workout is how diverse it is, not only will you shred fat, and get ripped, but you will improve your flexibility, posture, and balance.

im a very athletic person but still have some fat hiding my muscles. should i do p90x to get toned up. by the way im 15 yrs old. ive tried p90 already months ago and finished it.

By definition P90X is a 90 Days workout program, how did you finish in just 1 month?
If you still have hidden fat, you are not following the dieting and nutrition plan…
