….For Now…I’d like to share my Amazing TransformingP90X Workout Story:
When I was 13 years old, faith had brought me from P.R. China to Land of Opportunities America…..At a time when I didn’t speak a word of ENGLISH….also couldn’t read…couldn’t write in English…Just imagining, what does that do to a 13 year old boy….
Life does not come easy at all, with the little income that my father made, my family struggled financially… I mean really struggled. I was on the “FREE lunch program” from middle school all the way to high school…. 90% of my clothes, shoes, and toys were bought from yard sales, flea markets, good will, Big Lots, and..well, you get the idea.
While P.E. class was fun for most kids, for me it was pain in butt. I was always the last one in everything. Play Basketball? I will be the bench warmer….no one would pick me . Running Track?…..I would be the last one made to the finish line…. Playing sports was totally out of question, not to mention that I was a skinny boy. At 5′0” in height and weighing in at less than 90 lbs…do you think that affected my self-esteem? You bet!
I had no Biceps, no arms, I was so weak. A girl could probably have easily whipped me. To make things worse, my parents decide to become vegans and cut out any meat from my diet. Lunch time was pizza and fries. At home was Fried Chinese cooking…it’s surprising I wasn’t fat!

I barely made to college because of our lack of finances. I started my own computer business to make some spending money for myself and become more independent. It was in college that I began lifting weights, having been introduced to weight lifting by some friends I played basketball with.

The chain reactions affect our hormones, metabolic; weight bearing muscles and joints, and moves to deterioration. Now, the chain reaction may not occur in like order, yet in one fashion or the other each component of the body is affected over time. +Obesity increases the chain reaction. Back injuries alone can lead to obesity. For instance, if at one time you lift or catch a heavy object, person, etc, later down the road your back may fail, causing you enormous pain. The pain slows your actions, as well as causes emotional responses to produce symbolism messages, which can alter your life dramatically. You may feel helpless and continue life lying on your back, pitying your condition and failing to see how you can relieve your pain. Inactive muscles lead to obesity.
In view of the fact, we see that the muscles must have proper movement daily to avoid such problems. Exercise is the key that opens the door to healthy spines and closes the door to obesity. Stop fat in its track by working those muscles.
Emotions are powerful and tricky. You can stop the emotions from playing tricks on your mind by taking action now. If you have, a weight condition set a plan, and attempts to loose the measured weight at a scheduled interval. For instance, set your mind to loose five pounds by the end of the month. Once you loose the weight, you will notice a change in your spine, which includes reduced back pain. Set up a regimen of exercises that are suitable for you to achieve your goal. I’ve been hearing good things about P90Xworkout routine. Does anyone have it they can answer…. how long is the workout each day? What equipment do you need (pull up bar, dumbbells, etc)?

P90X workout routine last about 1 hour, with exception of Yoga X which is a 90 minutes session…but it’s well worth it…
You will feel absolutely relaxed, physically and mentally…
Depends on your mental and corporal shape up, you may or may not need a coach….

This workout is my all time favorite!!! I kept up with them the ENTIRE time!!! I am so excited about that!!

Sorry, I keep posting late, I cannot believe how busy I have been. At least I’ve been keeping a workout journal! Makes it easier to remember how I felt after each workout!!
Today I did Chest, Back and ABS….
WOW!! There is a huge difference from using the bands vs the pull up bar and weights! The band makes it more simple [at least in my opinion], as to where when you use weights and the pull up bar, your using more weight. [does that make sense?]
I will definitely be feeling that tomorrow!!
With the Ab Ripper X, I did a lot better than I thought. I can tell my core is getting stronger!! Thats exciting!! At first some of the leg moves, I couldn’t do, but now I can do them better…haven’t perfected it yet, but I will soon!!
