Today I just wrap up from my “Shoulder ARMS and Abs workout from the P90X workout DVD series.  Man, you are talking about sweat.. I thought I was gonna pass out at half way throughout the workout…

I remember my first week, all my muscles were sore…. my whole body been “hurting” for days. I barely made to top of the stairs….It’s when…I realize this program really works…. my body hasn’t never been trained like this before… All the small, stabilize, and internal muscles finally get chance to grow and strengthen…..

I cannot wear the same shirt right after work, because its soaking in my own sweat..front and back….You are talking about intensity (A Shower afterward, is a Must)….. Hmmm…Ladies I know I am painting a good pictures here…. I ensure you, to get results you got to get into the “hurt box”… The “soaking shirt” is a good evidence…..

Some of your shirt might stayed dry after P90X workout, well Buddy you are not work HARD enough…. You got to “Bright it BABY!”…this is for real…

P90X Recovering Secret #2:

I know some of you are totally guilty of this…..  Yeah You …… I myself, do it too…. but no more….

What is it? Well, we tend find excuses to SKIP the Stretching Part of the VIDEO.  Some of you tend just do the before Stretching not AFTER one…at end of video you are so tired.. so exhausted….while you pad yourself in the back…for wonderful P90X workout you just done….you forgot to finish up or even do the Stretching….

I got news for you, Stretching is one of the best way to reduce pain and injury…. YES, you absolutely have to Stretch…BEFORE and AFTER…  never….I mean…never… Stretch while your body is cold….Always warm up….then Stretch….

If you just follow my Secret #2,   Stretch before and after work… Your soreness will went away quicker….. you will be  more flexible ….. and feel more satisfied with your P90X workout…

P90X  Recovering Secret #3:

Remember those days, when your mother or your beloved ones (ie girl friend, wife) always tell you to get in a shower…  Yeah…. that’s what I am gonna tell you to do…..but not just one of those BORING showers…but the SECRET shower steps…I use to reduce my soreness next to NONE….

Step 1:  Running just the COLD water on your sore spot, for 3-10 minutes.

Step 2:  Immediate follow, Running just the HOT water on your same sore spot, for 1 minute.

Step 3:  Repeat Step 1 & 2, until your feel the soreness go away. However, this process should be done no more than 20 minutes.

There you have it…All My 3 Secrets to keep me free from  injure and free from  lactic acid (this is the chemical that cause the pain in your  muscle).
