- Eggs: If you walking in my kitchen and open my refrigerator you will see 48 eggs in there…I consume about 4-5 eggs daily. 2 egg york and 4 egg whites. Other than high protein content, egg is also high in B-12 that helps you break down your belly fat faster.
- Fat Free Dairy Products: my two favorite dairy free product are Fat Free yogurt and Low Fat Milk. Yogurt is best take with strawberry, it will not only help you with your digesting system, but also release protein slowly into your body…best eat at night.. Low Fat Milk is also my favorite, rich with protein and calcium….however you must watch portion size, it easy to over drink Milk.
- Beans: beans are absolutely the best source sources for protein, fiber and iron. My favorite food order in a Japanese restaurant is called Edamame (ed-uh-ma-may). It really easy to make just boiled it for 3-5 minutes, put a light layer of salt (use the salt substitute), don’t over spear salt tho…..
- Oatmeal: as you may already know, Oatmeal is weight lifter’s best friend. Egg + Oatmeal are best breakfast for you. It’s a well knowing fact that Oatmeal keeps your colon healthy..oat meal is loaded with soluble fiber which helps reduce blood cholesterol by flushing the those bad digest acids out of your system. Best food to flushing fat out.
- Whole Grains: It’s Simple, eat your Whole Grains…it help you control your insulate level…there is no spike throughout day….. insulate level spikes slows down fat burn…that’s other reason, you should eat food every 3 hours.
- Lean Meats: Do I need say more? Eat Meat, Eat Your Protein, stay as lean as possible. Best meat has to be Beef… Beef contains complete BCAA, creatine, and protein all in one place… so, go eat your STEAKs…keep it lean..
- Oliver Oil: There is no question, Oliver Oil is best “good fats” you should eat daily. Oliver oil is rich in monounsaturated fat, a type of fat that provides amazing health benefits. Oliver So go ahead, next time you cooking, spray some Oliver Oil..
- Fish Oil: Fish Oil flash out all the bad fat in your body, it lubricates your bone joins, cool down any inflammation during workout…and many other healthy benefits…so make Fish Oil part of your daily diet.
