I’m trying to avoid buying either of the 2. They say they use “muscle confusion” to get the best results by using different methods of exercise. I guess one month they do karate and the next month they use weights and then the next month they do yoga or something like that. Anyways, can’t i just buy a bunch of different workout dvds and get the same results without having to spend 200 dollars on p90 or p90x?

What you have describe above is random workout not a scientific program workout like P90X. What is your goal? Be more flexiable for karake, so you can kick High? Than use Yoga X. You can train Karate and do P90X at same time. Just spear them out…
