Question:
I am looking for any kind of exercises that are difficult or would increse my endurance. Or help me increse my repititions. Any exercises for the chest would be ideal. I have a home gym with all the neccesary equipment for a sufficient workout for the chest. If any of you have a website or any personal ideas that would be wonderful. I would appreciate it.

The best way to build up your endurance is to use the P90X workout plan, combine with weight training and cardio…with the principal of muscle confusion seems to be the best way to train…
Many marthonarn runner has use P90x as a condition tool before their race… Polymetric X, and Core Sync. Seems to be very effective….
