Sorry, I keep posting late, I cannot believe how busy I have been. At least I’ve been keeping a workout journal! :) Makes it easier to remember how I felt after each workout!! :D

Today I did Chest, Back and ABS….

WOW!! There is a huge difference from using the bands vs the pull up bar and weights! The band makes it more simple [at least in my opinion], as to where when you use weights and the pull up bar, your using more weight. [does that make sense?]

I will definitely be feeling that tomorrow!!

With the Ab Ripper X, I did a lot better than I thought. I can tell  my core is getting stronger!! :) Thats exciting!! At first some of the leg moves, I couldn’t do, but now I can do them better…haven’t perfected it yet, but I will soon!! :)
