I have been using the resistance band, and realized that it would probably be easier for me to use weights, cause it is too much hassle with the band. I also realized that I need to get a pull up bar. I am scared of the resistance bands busting when I use them over the garage.
With the weights, I will be able to count reps better and to get a bigger range of motion, as well as with the pull up bar, I will be working my muscles harder.
I need to work on my push ups…I have been doing them on my knees, because I am not strong enough yet, to do them “normally” but I am keeping good form. Its about QUALITY NOT QUANTITY.
Some of the Ab workouts are tough!! I know they aren’t made to be easy but wow…my lower abdominal muscles are not yet strong enough for me to hold my legs up.
I WILL GET THERE!!!
