Today I just wrap up from my “Shoulder ARMS and Abs workout from the P90X workout DVD series. Man, you are talking about sweat.. I thought I was gonna pass out at half way throughout the workout…
I remember my first week, all my muscles were sore…. my whole body been “hurting” for days. I barely made to top of the stairs….It’s when…I realize this program really works…. my body hasn’t never been trained like this before… All the small, stabilize, and internal muscles finally get chance to grow and strengthen…..
I cannot wear the same shirt right after work, because its soaking in my own sweat..front and back….You are talking about intensity (A Shower afterward, is a Must)…..
