Today I just wrap up from my “Shoulder ARMS and Abs workout from the P90X workout DVD series.  Man, you are talking about sweat.. I thought I was gonna pass out at half way throughout the workout…

I dredge up my initially week, all my muscles were sore…. my whole body been “hurting” for living.
