You probably already know this: six packs are made in the kitchen… You could workout as hard as you can with P90X Workout, but if you not watch what you eat, how you eat, when you eat…. your results will not be what you had wished..
Let me ask you one question, if you are already invest all this time (1 Hour per Day), sweating, bleeding internally (just kidding), struggle to make to the next set (especially the final 10 ten minutes). Why would you let nutrition/food stop you from your Highest Goal?
As you watching TV, reading your favorite magazines, or surfing internet….. you start to believe that FOOD is the evil cause which made you fat, made you unhealthy, made you gain your unwanted belly fat, made you feel even more depressed….
I wanna to screw inside your head, “no, not the FOOD…you made you fat….you have been BRAIN WASHED by the media!!! Wake up!”

- Eggs: If you walking in my kitchen and open my refrigerator you will see 48 eggs in there…I consume about 4-5 eggs daily. 2 egg york and 4 egg whites. Other than high protein content, egg is also high in B-12 that helps you break down your belly fat faster.
- Fat Free Dairy Products: my two favorite dairy free product are Fat Free yogurt and Low Fat Milk. Yogurt is best take with strawberry, it will not only help you with your digesting system, but also release protein slowly into your body…best eat at night.. Low Fat Milk is also my favorite, rich with protein and calcium….however you must watch portion size, it easy to over drink Milk.
- Beans: beans are absolutely the best source sources for protein, fiber and iron. My favorite food order in a Japanese restaurant is called Edamame (ed-uh-ma-may). It really easy to make just boiled it for 3-5 minutes, put a light layer of salt (use the salt substitute), don’t over spear salt tho…..
- Oatmeal: as you may already know, Oatmeal is weight lifter’s best friend. Egg + Oatmeal are best breakfast for you. It’s a well knowing fact that Oatmeal keeps your colon healthy..oat meal is loaded with soluble fiber which helps reduce blood cholesterol by flushing the those bad digest acids out of your system. Best food to flushing fat out.

Today I just wrap up from my “Shoulder ARMS and Abs workout from the P90X workout DVD series. Man, you are talking about sweat.. I thought I was gonna pass out at half way throughout the workout…
I remember my first week, all my muscles were sore…. my whole body been “hurting” for days. I barely made to top of the stairs….It’s when…I realize this program really works…. my body hasn’t never been trained like this before… All the small, stabilize, and internal muscles finally get chance to grow and strengthen…..
I cannot wear the same shirt right after work, because its soaking in my own sweat..front and back….You are talking about intensity (A Shower afterward, is a Must)….. Hmmm…Ladies I know I am painting a good pictures here…. I ensure you, to get results you got to get into the “hurt box”… The “soaking shirt” is a good evidence…..
Some of your shirt might stayed dry after P90X workout, well Buddy you are not work HARD enough…. You got to “Bright it BABY!”…this is for real…
