I LOVE KENPO X!!!
This workout is my all time favorite!!! I kept up with them the ENTIRE time!!! I am so excited about that!!
I am still drenched in sweat, and my legs are shaking!!! OMG I LOVE IT!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!
I am sooo pumped!!!
Kenpo is so fun [to me] and it goes by so fast!! When I look at the time, I’m like wow, I only have 10 more mins then the cool down!!

Sorry, I keep posting late, I cannot believe how busy I have been. At least I’ve been keeping a workout journal!
Makes it easier to remember how I felt after each workout!!
Today I did Chest, Back and ABS….
WOW!! There is a huge difference from using the bands vs the pull up bar and weights! The band makes it more simple [at least in my opinion], as to where when you use weights and the pull up bar, your using more weight. [does that make sense?]
I will definitely be feeling that tomorrow!!
With the Ab Ripper X, I did a lot better than I thought. I can tell my core is getting stronger!!
Thats exciting!! At first some of the leg moves, I couldn’t do, but now I can do them better…haven’t perfected it yet, but I will soon!!

So, today was my 7th day and I did Plyometrics!!
Totally kicked my butt. I did my best and forgot the rest!
I had to talk myself into working out today. My little one decided that he didnt want to sleep yesterday and neither should mommy. I was so tired and once I put him down for a nap, I was like ok…I can take a nap or workout….trust me a nap sounded so tempting and the bed was calling my name, but I resisted it and worked out!! I am so happy I did!!! I feel more energized and awake and just alot better!!
Well, I am off to shower and get to cleaning and feeding my little one.

Ok, so unfortuantely everyone and their mother decided to come to my house this weekend, and I didnt get to work out on Sat…so I kinda had 2 days off. But, that is A O K!!! because I did it today!!
WOW!!! I know I am going to be feeling that tomorrow!!! It feels good, my shoulders were on fire, and my arms worked until failure. [thats how I know I did my best]
For the most part, all of my exercises were used with a 10lb weight. There were a few to where I didn’t use anything…but thats ok. I will get much better and stronger as time goes on.
The Ab Ripper X!!! HOLY COW!!! I keep struggling to get my legs up there for the most part, so I kinda modify it a little bit….is there a way to strengthen the lower abdominal muscles or I just have to continue to do the work out, and thats how they get stronger?
I am looking forward to tomorrows workout!!

I did the KenpoX again today.
WOW!! I think that since my body was sore and getting used to working out on a daily basis, it was a little more difficult than the first time I did it. I enjoyed it though. It was easier for me to keep up with the moves!! The funny thing is I think I got more sweaty than I have yet….haha.
I love the P90X program. I can feel the difference already and it has only been 5 days. 85 more and I will be totally transformed!
It was a late workout…but a workout none the less. I like to work out between mid morning to early afternoon. Its easier for me that way.
