….For Now…I’d like to share my Amazing Transforming P90X Workout Story:
When I was 13 years old, faith had brought me from P.R. China to Land of Opportunities America…..At a time when I didn’t speak a word of ENGLISH….also couldn’t read…couldn’t write in English…Just imagining, what does that do to a 13 year old boy….
Life does not come easy at all, with the little income that my father made, my family struggled financially… I mean really struggled. I was on the “FREE lunch program” from middle school all the way to high school…. 90% of my clothes, shoes, and toys were bought from yard sales, flea markets, good will, Big Lots, and..well, you get the idea.
While P.E. class was fun for most kids, for me it was pain in butt. I was always the last one in everything. Play Basketball? I will be the bench warmer….no one would pick me . Running Track?…..I would be the last one made to the finish line…. Playing sports was totally out of question, not to mention that I was a skinny boy. At 5′0” in height and weighing in at less than 90 lbs…do you think that affected my self-esteem? You bet!
I had no Biceps, no arms, I was so weak. A girl could probably have easily whipped me. To make things worse, my parents decide to become vegans and cut out any meat from my diet. Lunch time was pizza and fries. At home was Fried Chinese cooking…it’s surprising I wasn’t fat!

I barely made to college because of our lack of finances. I started my own computer business to make some spending money for myself and become more independent. It was in college that I began lifting weights, having been introduced to weight lifting by some friends I played basketball with.

BeachBody’s Workout is Awesome…but You really have to becareful to not over extend yourself. If you have you not yet workout for a long time, start it slow. Make sure you warm up and stretch follow the video on Workout Program.
Start With Yoga X, Kenpo X…get your body into the workout MODE…
If you run out time, make you do minimum of 5-10 minute stretch both BEFORE and AFTER the workout….
How do I know this?
Well, I have done it myself…
Yesterday, I finally get back into the program again…I thought to myself, hey why not start with the P90X Workout: Should & Arms. Well, I took my weights, put workout gloves on…Get done the the business..
As usually, toward the end is the toughest place…but hey, I made it… but I didn’t know I was over extend myself, or my form wasn’t perfect… My lower back start giving me trouble… Plus I totally skip the stretch part at very end of the video…I ran out time…I had a DJ show to catch….
While I was lifting my DJ equipment in my car, I felt lower hip pain.. I could barely bend down…(nothing sexual here..
) I said to myself, Oh Crap…What have I done…. So I took it easy, be very careful… I made through the show over, but standing for 4 hours doesn’t exactly help my back either…
My lower back just really got worth… by the time I got home,
even just sit on my coach, my lower back keeps gives me the pain…over and over again…. If I was smart, i would jump in nice warm bath…but I was so tired…I went to bed…
This morning, I feel somewhat better… I am going to do Yoga X today…to stretch out every part of my body…A 90 Minutes “ME Time”… Sweat and Relaxing at the same time… P90X Workout by far is the best HOME workout program, I ever workout with… Besides P90X workout, I also like Hip-Hop Abs, Turbo Jam, 10-Minute Trainer, Slim in 6 and can’t wait to try some more workout they come seems every month….
So Learn From my “Pain”, just DON”T do it! Warm UP and Stretch! My FRIEND!

Okay,
I got a confession to make… I have been too busy to get business start off the ground and been busy trying to make everyone else look good and eating health… I haven’t been taken care myself…
Have I completely getting off the track … Oh No….
Did I pick out the easiest excises to do? … Yup!…
For the last couple months, I have been just doing the easy workout such as kenpo and yoga…plust my martial art practice..haven’t really focused on the really tough ones….
Wait…
Just Wait…
Great things are coming next…
They Say, “Pay Back is a Bitch!”
Wow, Ain’t that the truth…
I start with FRONT and BACK last night… Nope
I didn’t make through all the way…
What has got to me??
I am not so tough anymore…
Half way through the program, I was out breath… Use to pull up 12 times, now I can barely make to six pull ups…I become a total whip…
I am NOT like this
…I Repeat…
I am NOT like this….
but..
I have to face my my reality…This is my fitness level right now…at this movement of time… Summer is just around the corner…I am gonna have to boost up my physical activity again… I got to eat right, sleep right…and on my super strict diet again….
Next month i am heading toward BIG THREE and ZERO..
Huhhhhhh! I am Turning 30…
Freakin…30 Years OLD! I don’t want to feel like an OLD man. I want to be able to jump up and down and still kick some A$$ if I want it to….
Reducing alcohol time BEER and Sake are gonna have to go…
YUP! maybe, just once a week….the MOST…
WOW..I am sore as hell from my CRAPPY workout…

it’s not too late to change tho… I still got couple month to slim down again, and my optomize health back..
I notice I have been sick a lot lately…
My stomach has been upset for more than a week now… I need eat more veggies and other healthy related food…

Every aspect of a food – its color, shape, scent and texture – can make it sexy. Oysters are a good source of minerals like selenium and zinc, and are also high in protein. Chocolate has been a symbol of love and lust for centuries due to theobromine, a stimulant to the brain that creates a pleasurable effect.
